Once you've finished your run, you need to connect your RunScribe device to the RunScribe app in order to upload your runs.
Make sure RunScribe is discoverable (the LEDs are blinking) and launch the app. On the dashboard, select the sync button in the upper right corner. RunScribe will automatically sync your RunScribe, and upload your data.
You can view a snapshot of your run on the mobile dashboard, but for full access to metrics and analytic tools, log into your account at http://dashboard.runscribe.com
