Just did my first 2 short test runs. I usually do Run / Walk intervals. In the test that i did this in the pace was way off for the walk interval. I was walking at about 9:30 min/km and runscribe reported about 7:00 min/km. Are you algorithms tuned to account for run / walk intervals?

John Litschert Not really. The pace algorithm is primarily geared toward running. However, I would be curious how it does after you have calibrated it over a couple runs of known distance. You can do this by inputting the "real" distance on the run details page in the dashboard. This creates a calibration factor specific to your movement patterns and it will be used to calculate stride length, pace, distance for future runs you upload. You can continually tweak this Cal factor by inputting the known distance for any run if you have it.
Just out of curiosity how did it do over the sections that you were running?
